Stephanie Camilleri
Youth Worker & Early Years Manager
BA (Hons) in Youth Work and Community Work
Stephanie Camilleri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Youth and Community Studies and has dedicated over a decade to the fields of education, care, and empowerment. From 2012 to 2018, she worked as a professional Youth Worker within the educational system, supporting young people through one-to-one mentoring, youth groups, and parental engagement.
As part of a psycho-social team, Stephanie focused on social and emotional development, behaviour support, interpersonal skills, and career guidance. Through non-formal and informal educational methods, she built meaningful relationships that helped young people find their voice, recognise their strengths, and discover their place in the world.
Currently, Stephanie serves as a Childcare Manager, working closely with children aged 0 to 3. This transition into early years education has beautifully complemented her background in youth work, broadening her expertise and deepening her commitment to supporting families from the earliest stages of a child's development. Alongside her professional role, she continues to contribute to the voluntary sector through ongoing youth work initiatives.
Driven by a passion for connection, Stephanie works hand-in-hand with children, young people, and families to create safe, nurturing spaces where growth, confidence, and joy can thrive.
