About Isabel

Isabel Camilleri is an experienced counsellor in Malta who has been practising since 2009, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's emotional challenges with compassion and clarity. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling, with research focused on distressed couples and relationship repair.

Isabel's areas of special interest include relationship and family dynamics, blended family and co-parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, and personal growth. She is deeply passionate about supporting people in understanding their emotions, rebuilding trust, and finding balance in their personal and relational lives.

Throughout her career, Isabel has worked across post-secondary education, private practice, and corporate wellbeing services, offering guidance and support to people from diverse backgrounds and life stages. These experiences have strengthened her belief that mental health care should be accessible, empathetic, and tailored to each person's unique story.

In her sessions, Isabel provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and rediscover their sense of inner resilience. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, focusing on emotional awareness, relational understanding, and sustainable personal change.

As co-founder of Vita Mea Clinic, Isabel's vision is to build a community of professionals who share the same values of care, belonging, and hope. She believes in creating a warm, forward-thinking environment that empowers individuals to heal, grow, and live more fulfilling lives.
